About Me

Not too long ago, I suffered from a lot of stress, anxiety and a compounding feeling of never being enough, and not belonging. I wasn’t Latino enough, or gay enough. I was seeking external validation and burned out.
During the pandemic I was diagnosed with ADHD. Having this new awareness sparked my personal growth & professional development journey.
My employer at the time made it easy for me to sever ties with them. They denied my ADA work from home accommodation, and threatened to cut my health benefits while I was on medical leave. I’d raised millions of dollars for them, and this was how they treated me. The abusive relationship and toxic work environment was a pattern of mine too. I supported everyone’s else cause and mission - except my own- constantly seeking external validation.
In 2021, I promised myself I would put myself first, that I would be my healthiest by 40. This would only give me about a year to start to fall in love with myself again, play, and grow.
Not only do I continue to outdo myself on health & fitness goals, I’ve embraced my entrepreneurial side - my creator side - and constantly change and challenge my goals and potential. I ‘m a life-learner.
My journey is a testament to my resilience, determination, and unwavering spirit.
I’m a Certified Business, Executive & Life Coach, AND - a Certified Personal Trainer, Cultural Producer, and Fundraising Consultant.
By embracing my unique path, I’ve transformed my experiences into a platform for supporting and empowering others.
I’m immensely grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact and contribute to the growth and well-being of those that choose to work with me. And know - I have proudly coached queer people of color for over a decade.
I’m originally from Jamaica, Queens in NYC, life has led me through Boston, San Francisco, and now I am in West Hollywood with Kai, my 17year old miniature pinscher
